Studies have repeatedly shown that the incorporation of xylitol-rich products in sufficient quantities (8-10 grams of xylitol) into your daily routine, has substantial oral health benefits (also may be good for people prone to ear infections.)

My top pick gum is: Xlear Spry. It is half the price of the similar Xylichew, below. Unfortunately, it does list "artificial flavors" on the Spry website. The flavor is good but dwindles quickly. Maybe if my kids use less of it because the taste lasts longer, it would be worth purchasing the more expensive and natural Xylichew (below).
