Uses for coconut oil:
-Absorb it through your skin
-Buy a natural nut butter and pour out the oil. Replace the same amount of oil with coconut oil and mix it back in. Refrigerate to keep it mixed.
-Use it for greasing pans and cookie sheets

Pets:
Rub oil thinly over palms and pet the dog to give him a shiny coat.
