Guacamole

Van, Meredith and I thoroughly enjoyed the very simple Guac I made last week. I used a hand mixer to beat it smooth.

Avacado

Onion Grate in a little bit of onion with a fine grater, over the bowl to capture some of the onion juice. You only need a little.

Salt, Garlic Powder, Squeeze of fresh lime juice
