I will take additional E whenever taking the Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality Liquid Multivitamin. The Dr. Ron's Doc's Best (www.drrons.com) contains mixed tocopherols.
I hope to do some more math. My guess is that when you add the Vit E to the Natural Vitality, the cost starts to get closer to the Doc's Best. In the end, simpler, though a little more expensive might be worth it.
